Lupin Healthcare has acquired the UK-based company Renascience Pharma for an undisclosed financial sum, further boosting its presence in the country while also adding four specialty products to its portfolio.

The acquisition grants Lupin Healthcare, the UK-based subsidiary of the Indian pharma giant Lupin Limited, full ownership of Renascience
