Vitamin B12 supplementation is associated with improved vitamin B12 status among vegans, a recently published systematic review and meta-analysis of previous published studies shows.
“Vegans who use vitamin B12-containing supplements exhibit more adequate biomarker values compared to their unsupplemented counterparts,” report the scientists based at the Universities of Surrey in the UK and Freiburg
