HLTH 2024: GE HealthCare Unveiled AI-Driven Platform To Quickly Provide Patient Data To Oncologists

At HLTH 2024, GE HealthCare unveiled CareIntellect for Oncology, a generative AI-driven platform to help oncologists quickly assess patient data across multiple sources to save time and improve treatment planning. The platform, currently in evaluation at two US hospitals, is set for launch in the second half of 2025.

GE HealthCare used the HLTH mega event, which took place from 20-23 October, to unveil a new generative AI-driven platform that the company says can quickly bring together patient data from multiple sources, saving doctors valuable time to help determine the best treatment plan for cancer patients.

CareIntellect for Oncology, as the application is called, aims to help oncologists become more efficient by providing them with the relevant information they need to quickly get up to speed...
