Obesity device firm EnteroMedics Inc. appointed Dan Gladney president and CEO, effective Nov. 16. Gladney will replace current president, CEO and chairman Mark Knudson, who will remain with the company as executive chairman until Dec. 31, and then transition to non-executive chairman.
