FDA's concern about the botanical belladonna on baby teething products prompts Standard Homeopathic Co. to recall all lots of its Hyland’s teething tablets six months after it stopped making the products. In an announcement FDA posted online April 13, the firm said the agency considers belladonna "a serious health hazard to children" and that the substance's effects are unpredictable.
