Unilever Hit With Suit For Negligent Marketing, Recall Of Hair Smoother

Suit filed in New Jersey state court alleges that Unilever PLC’s marketing for a Suave hair-smoothing kit was deceptive and the firm’s response to reports of adverse reactions was insufficient. Unilever says it has recalled the product and notes that complaints made up only a “small percentage” of total product shipped.
