The Estee Lauder Companies, Inc. has purchased a minority interest in DECIEM, Inc., a Toronto-based startup whose vertically integrated structure, unusually expansive umbrella of brands and pricing transparency contribute to its self-applied moniker, "The Abnormal Beauty Company."
