If cosmetic packaging is deceptive because users allegedly have to work "extra hard" to wring out the last drops, "toothpaste tubes everywhere" would be deemed deceptive, Blistex argued in its motion to dismiss a proposed class action in Illinois district court. The case was dismissed in its entirety July 5.
