National Standard For Cosmetics Quality Nearing Finish Line With Retailer Buy-In
An ANSI-approved American National Standard for cosmetics quality, which builds on FDA guidance and ISO 22716 for good manufacturing practices, is slated to publish by the end of the 2018 first quarter. Retailers requested the standard, with testing and certification firm NSF International acting as facilitator.
