J&J seeks control of Japan’s Ci:z

Johnson & Johnson (J&J) intends to buy out Japan-based Ci:z Holdings for around ¥230 billion (€1.79 billion), which would give it full ownership of the firm’s dermocosmetics brand portfolio, including Dr.Ci:Labo, a standout performer for J&J Consumer’s Beauty franchise in 2018.
