BodyArmor Rejects NAD Ad Claims Decision Following Gatorade Challenge

BA Sports Nutrition LLC for the second time shuns an industry self-regulation group's recommendation about advertising claims for its BodyArmor SuperDrink following a challenge by the maker of the largest sports drink brand, Gatorade.

A Council of Better Business Bureaus investigative arm, the National Advertising Division, submitted its review of BA Sports ad claims to the Federal Trade Commission as the company declined to discontinue or modify unsupported ad
