Sure, Brut Deodorant And Antiperspirant Spray Products Recalled For … You Guessed It, Benzene

HRB brands, a portfolio company of Tengram Capital Partners, is recalling lots of Sure and Brut deodorant and antiperspirant products due to benzene contamination previously flagged by independent watchdog lab Valisure LLC. The company attributes the problem to the spray propellant. 

The marketer of Sure and Brut has initiated a voluntary recall of deodorant and antiperspirant spray products “out of an abundance of caution” after finding traces of carcinogenic benzene.
