Along with its 2024 full-year and fourth-quarter results – both down slightly – the Los Angeles-based firm on 19 February announced its board appointed Stephan Gratziani, president since January 2024, as CEO effective 1 May.

Stephan Gratziani’s climb to the Herbalife Ltd. helm following 32 years as an independent distributor for the health and wellness products direct seller took less than 18 months after his first executive suite appointment.
