EU member state authorities will adopt a common strategy to manage confidentiality when they conduct the national consultations necessary to prepare for the EU-level joint clinical assessments conducted under the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Regulation.

The Member State Coordination Group on HTA has also resolved to improve information sharing with drug developers to improve resource planning for EU-level joint clinical assessments.
