Five Irish fixes could cut costs by €138mn

Ireland could save €138 million (US$161 million) a year if it introduced measures to encourage the use of generics and biosimilars, local off-patent industry association Medicines for Ireland insists in a report urging the country’s Department of Health and the wider government to implement “five key proposals”.
