In a move to take its pipeline of biosimilar monoclonal antibodies global, Alvotech has struck a deal with Abdi Ibrahim that will give it localization advantages in Turkey.

Alvotech has struck a manufacturing and marketing deal with Abdi Ibrahim for biosimilars that will give Alvotech access to Turkey’s fast-growing biosimilar market, which has seen double-digit growth in recent years. Alvotech’s initial pipeline will contain several monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and fusion proteins.
