Proposals Rolled Back Following Warnings Over New PLFSS Measures And Financial Pressures

Opposition to the introduction of tenders in France has convinced the country’s government to rethink its latest social security financing legislation. Off-patent industry association Gemme had warned that the plans posed an existential threat to the country’s generics industry and – along with current financial pressures – could lead to shortages and reduced competition.
