AAM Welcomes CMS Tiers Rule For Generics
Follows Industry Criticism Of Generics Increasingly Being Placed On Higher-Cost Tiers
A proposed rule set out by the US Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services directing that generics should be covered on generic tiers has been commended by local off-patent industry group the US Association for Accessible Medicines.
