Lupin has celebrated receiving US Food and Drug Administration approval for its generic version of Boehringer Ingelheim’s Spiriva HandiHaler (tiotropium bromide inhalation powder) 18 mcg/capsule. The generic will be manufactured at Lupin’s Pithampur facility in India.
