Lupin has appointed a pair of executives to handle technical operations and information technology. At the same time, Mallinckrodt has promoted its head of brands to the firm’s executive committee and Australia’s GBMA association has made major changes to its board.

Lupin has announced the appointment of Christoph Funke to the newly-created position of chief technical operations officer. Citing his “over 30 years of global pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain and technical operations experience” – including leadership roles at Fresenius Kabi and Strides Pharma Science – the Indian firm said Funke would bring “a wealth of expertise to Lupin.”
