Prop 65 Warnings Must Point To New OEHHA Website Within Two Years

Industry stakeholders have been highly critical of California OEHHA’s Warnings Website before and since its launch in April. Now, under the agency’s newly adopted regulation, companies have until September 2018 to update Prop 65 warnings with the site’s URL so consumers can access additional information.
