US Humane Cosmetics Act Expected Soon, House Reps Say

The forthcoming bill would align the US with Europe and "create an incentive for cosmetics to be tested with cutting-edge technologies that are more humane, faster to perform, and less costly to industry," according to US House members. However, it also could create major challenges for the cosmetics industry.
