Cosmetic Launch News: L'Oreal/David Beckham's HOUSE 99; Forever Flawless' Diamond-Infused Mask; More

L'Oreal teams with David Beckham to launch HOUSE 99, a 21-SKU grooming brand slated to roll out internationally in March. More personal-care launches in brief, including Forever Flawless DerMagnetic Mask and Schick's first-of-its-kind bi-directional razor.

HOUSE 99, the first global grooming brand from London-born football hero and fashion icon David Beckham, comprises 21 products for hair, beard, skin and body, according to a Jan. 9 release from partner L'Oreal SA. "Merging David Beckham's legacy of new looks with British barbershop culture and applying the technical expertise of L'Oréal Luxe labs … HOUSE 99 was built with the ambition to offer exceptional innovative formulas to men who are not afraid to explore their own unique style and express their identity," the firm says. "Must-have" offerings include Seriously Groomed Beard & Hair Balm, Smooth Back Shaping Pomade, Greater Look Face Moisturizer and Bold Statement Tattoo Body Moisturizer SPF 30, a spray that leaves skin supple while protecting the user's ink work to preserve original colors. Products are priced from around $20 to $40. L'Oreal is emphasizing Beckham's active involvement in developing the line, which mirrors his "real-life routine," and the community of grooming aficionados the brand aims to support with its digital platform. The collection launches in Harvey Nichols locations in the UK Feb. 1, with a wider, international rollout planned for March.
