House Appropriators Stoke Flames For FDA Regulation On CBD In Supplements

A "high-level working group" will consider FDA's options for allowing hemp- or cannabis-derived ingredients in nutritional products, Commissioner Scott Gottlieb recently told House appropriators highly interested in the agency's plans for regulating the substances.
