New York Cosmetic Ingredient Bill Still In Committee With Clock Running Out

With its session winding down, the New York State Legislature is considering a bill that would require cosmetics companies to report all ingredients and nonfunctional constituents and identify those listed as chemicals of concern in a manner readily accessible to the public and machine-readable.
