After the DSSRC recommended that Root Wellness remove health claims from its advertising in 2021, the direct seller has not made efforts to remove the claims that its ambassadors have made on social media.

Direct seller Root Wellness Nutraceuticals LLC hasn’t shown “good faith efforts” to remove unsupported health claims from independent distributors’ social media posts since an industry-self regulation group’s review 10 months ago, according to an updated review.
