Germany’s Merz Merges With Windstar To Take On OTC Market

A leading provider of over-the-counter health and wellbeing products in the DACH region will be created through the merger of Merz Lifecare and Windstar Medical.

Germany’s Merz Pharma is merging its consumer health business Merz Lifecare with Frankfurt-based WindStar Medical in a move which the company says will see it take a “quantum leap” in the OTC market.
