I have personally been a head-hunter in the pharmaceutical industry for the last 24 years. I fell into the generics/biosimilars world around 16-17 years back and loved the pace and dynamism of the industry as well as the deep purpose of the space around affordability and access to medicines, it’s something I am still very passionate about.

This sector was significantly underrepresented from a senior and executive search perspective, which was why I founded Parsity Group in 2020. We have had a great ride in the intervening years, which has included building a talented global team and growing revenues by 24% (or above) every year for the last four years.
