Sandoz Forks Out Another $275m Over Price-Fixing

Agrees Deal To Resolve US Class Action Litigation With End Payers

Sandoz has announced a $275m settlement to resolve with end payers class action antitrust litigation in the US over historical price-fixing allegations, as well as disclosing that it has made a further provision of $265m linked to the case.

Sandoz has agreed to pay out another $275m to resolve litigation around historical price-fixing allegations in the US, this time agreeing a settlement with end payer plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit. The $275m total is expected to be paid by the end of 2024.
