Healthcare Professionals Still Most Powerful Voice Driving Dermocosmetic Purchases

Despite the rise of social media influencers, purchasers of dermocosmetic products across 10 countries say the recommendations of healthcare professionals have greatest influence on their product purchases, followed by healthcare-related websites and family and friends, according to IQVIA Consumer Health.

While social media influencers have some sway over consumers’ purchasing decisions for dermocosmetic products, healthcare professionals are still the most influential voice, even if only online versus in person.
