As the European cosmetics industry fights a high-profile battle against the potential ban of three common cosmetic and fragrance ingredients considered for categorization as carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic (CMR), two nail care ingredients will be banned beginning 1 September, with little industry pushback.
