Medicines for Ireland had its demands for the off-patent sector heard by some political parties, which are pledging to improve access to generic and biosimilar drugs ahead of the election.

As Ireland prepares for its upcoming general election, several political parties have made pledges to promote generic and biosimilar drug use, something that the local industry trade group Medicines for Ireland is pleased to see.
