Johnson & Johnson seized the moment of the company’s full-year earnings call to get out front on the US policy debate, with CEO Alex Gorsky detailing his recent conversation with President Donald Trump, outlining the firm's priorities for health care reform and announcing a business transparency plan that includes a pledge for "responsible pricing."
