Ltd. has reached a definitive agreement to buy Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.’s small molecule active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing facility in Swords, Ireland, as part of its plan to boost production capacity and have a production base in Europe to help a planned transformation into a leading global contract manufacturing organization.
