Pfizer Inc. dominated the Scrip 100 rankings of the top pharmaceutical companies in the world based on full year 2022 pharmaceutical revenues, driven by its COVID-19 success, but Merck & Co., AstraZeneca and Novo Nordisk each rose on the leaderboard, powered more generally by business fundamentals.
