The coronavirus pandemic has created an urgent need for personal protective equipment (PPE) for frontline doctors and nurses and other healthcare professionals and as well as its clinical efforts to prevent COVID-19, AstraZeneca PLC is donating nine million masks to help tackle the shortage of suitable gear.
