COVID-19 and What Doctors Expect From Pharma In India

Physicians may have new expectations from pharma sales reps in India amid COVID-19 and teleconsulting efforts will likely see a significant uptick, at least until the pandemic plateaus, a new survey finds.

The days of medical representatives (MRs) hovering in and around doctors’ chambers in groups may no longer be a familiar sight in markets like India, at least until the world gets a grip on COVID-19 or a treatment emerges for the infection, going by a recent survey by healthcare-focused Indian consulting firm Pronto Consult.
