CDRH Dispute Resolution Guidance Spells Out Panel Membership, Timeframes

The dispute resolution panel proposed by FDA's Center for Devices and Radiological Health will consist of eight members, one of whom will be a non-voting industry representative, the agency says in a draft guidance document released April 27.
