Nellcor adds sleep diagnostics:

In its second acquisition this year, Nellcor will purchase a privately-owned Canadian manufacturer of sleep diagnostic products used in the sleep lab. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Melville Software will be integrated in Nellcor's home healthcare subsidiary, EdenTec. "Melville sleep lab products are an excellent strategic fit with EdenTec portable sleep products and the recently acquired Pierre Medical therapeutic products," Nellcor's CEO Raymond Larkin says.
