According to a poll by the Kaiser Health Foundation, 45% of adults in the US reported their mental health has been negatively impacted due to worry and stress over the virus. Feelings of anxiety and depression are increasingly common and thoughts of obsessive compulsive disorder have also been heightened by fear of the virus.
