CryoLife Adds To Aortic Repair Line With Ascyrus Acquisition

CryoLife, Inc. will add the Ascyrus Medical Dissection Stent (AMDS) to its line of cardiac surgery devices by acquiring Ascyrus Medical LLC for up to $200m, the companies announced on 2 September.
