The CEOs of Teladoc and Livongo said the merged digital health giant will create one-stop shopping for health care.

Teladoc Health, Inc., which created the largest digital health company with the $18.5bn acquisition of Livongo Health, Inc., announced it signed its first-cross selling deal with Guidewell, the parent company of health insurer Florida Blue. The company plans to become the first global consumer-centric virtual care company to provide one-stop personalized health care for people with a wide range of health issues.
