Boston Scientific Brings Remote Clinical Support To Europe, Africa And Middle East

Telefónica España subsidiary TedCas signed a deal with Boston Scientific to provide telecommunications technology to Boston Scientific’s new Remote Clinical Support Centre (RhythmCare) in Madrid and provide remote support to hospitals in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Boston Scientific will collaborate with TedCas, a subsidiary of telecommunications giant Telefónica España, to pilot a remote electrophysiology control system at Boston Scientific’s new RhythmCare support center in Madrid.

The system will collect data from electrophysiology devices and deliver it to physicians at hospitals in Europe, Africa and the Middle East via TedCas’
