A 15 December letter signed by four US representatives urges the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to issue the Transitional Coverage for Emerging Technologies (TCET) proposed rule by the end of 2022.
TCET was proposed to replace the Medicare Coverage for Innovative Technology (MCIT), which was repealed in 2021.
