Tech giant Apple has cinched another win in its ongoing electrocardiogram (ECG) patent case against AliveCor. US Customs and Border Protection ruled in June that Apple’s EXG technology doesn’t infringe on AliveCor’s patent, meaning that it doesn’t need to pay a fee of $2 per watch to import them.
