Medline Industries issued a recall in July of its Hudson RCI Addipak Unit Does Vial, a single use 0.9% full normal saline solution that is used during inhalation and irrigation therapy. The Addipak can be used with a non-ventilatory nebulizer to clean the lungs or for tracheal irrigation.
