Commission Spells Out Non-Recognition Of UK Organizations In Future EU

While the details of UK's Brexit deal are not finalized, those paralyzed in disbelief at the enormity of the fallout will have to act. The European Commission spells out the upheaval necessary for medtech to realign into the EU-27.

It is written plain for all to read: UK organizations are about to fall off the edge of the EU cliff when it comes to medtech regulation, and all stakeholders have a little more than 14 months to make sure they are not caught up in the potential fallout.

That is, unless any transitional arrangements are contained in a UK-withdrawal agreement. But everyone is waiting for clarification on that...
