More than 9,000 convenience kits have been recalled by Aligned Medical Solutions because they include a prefilled saline syringe that was the subject of a recent high-risk class I recall by Cardinal Health Inc.

Aligned Medical Solutions publicly announced the recall on 20 October, but initiated it on 19 August. Affected kits include:
