China Looks For GMP Gaps As It Preps For PIC/S Application

The China Food and Drug Administration is pressing on with efforts to join the international pharmaceutical inspection convention and co-operation scheme (PIC/S) and has launched a feasibility study to this end.

The study is designed to identify possible gaps between Chinese and PIC/S requirements, particularly with regard to quality systems and good manufacturing practice requirements.
