GlaxoSmithKline PLC submitted studies supporting a constipation relief claim for its Benefiber Healthy Balance supplement in an industry self-regulation review as Metamucil marketer Procter & Gamble Co. failed to demonstrate the evidence was flawed or that its own study results were more persuasive.
